Terms of service

The intended rules for using LeakHunt AI, including the limits of financial estimates and the status of this early preview.

Agreement and status

These draft terms describe the intended agreement between a customer and the operator of LeakHunt AI. The service is in active development and is not yet commercially available. This preview does not create a paid subscription, and no payment is accepted.

The service

LeakHunt AI analyzes financial records supplied by a business to identify potential duplicates, supplier price changes, unusual expenses, and related opportunities for investigation. Findings are derived from imported records and are not a substitute for accounting records, supplier confirmations, or an audit. The service also includes an analyst that explains stored findings and estimates in plain language.

No financial, legal, or tax advice

LeakHunt AI provides estimates and investigation leads. It does not provide financial, legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. A finding is not proof that money was lost, that an invoice is fraudulent, or that a payment was made twice. Customers are responsible for verifying findings with their own records and advisers.

Accounts and organization access

Each user must use accurate account information and protect their credentials. Access to organization records requires verified membership. Customers must promptly remove access for people who should no longer have it. Sharing credentials or attempting to access another organization's records is prohibited.

Acceptable use

Customers must have the right to upload the files they provide. Files must not contain malware or be used to attack the service. Customers must not attempt to bypass authorization, extract another organization's data, disrupt the service, or use it to violate applicable law.

Customer content

Customers retain ownership of their uploaded records. They grant the operator the limited rights needed to store, parse, analyze, and display those records to authorized organization members. Uploaded documents are treated as data, not as instructions. Derived findings and audit events are maintained separately from imported source records.

AI-assisted analysis

The analyst can explain findings, retrieve stored evidence, and suggest investigation steps using records from the customer's own organization. It is grounded in a bounded set of stored records and does not calculate authoritative totals, invent transactions, or establish fraud. An answer is not a finding, a confirmation, or a savings decision. The analyst cannot change a finding's review status; only an authorized user can do that.

By default the analyst runs locally without an external AI provider. If the operator configures an external provider, the question and the bounded grounding payload may be sent to that processor; the current deployment status is shown on the analyst page. External answers are validated and may fall back to the local answer. Uploaded document text is treated as untrusted data and never as instructions. Questions and answers are not saved as conversations.

Estimates and no guarantee of savings

Potential savings are estimates with assumptions and may be incomplete or incorrect. Confirmed savings require an authorized user action. Realized savings are reported by the customer. LeakHunt AI does not guarantee that any amount will be recovered, avoided, or saved.

Fees and billing

Plans and prices shown on this website are provisional. Billing is not connected in the preview, so no payment method is collected and paid plans cannot be purchased. The Free plan is available and its monthly import, record, and member limits are enforced by the database. Before paid subscriptions begin, the operator will publish final prices, plan limits, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and failed-payment handling. Paid access will only be granted after server-side verification of payment provider events.

Availability and changes

The service may change, pause, or be withdrawn during development. Features described on this site are not promises of availability. Maintenance, security work, or third-party outages may affect access. The operator will aim to give reasonable notice of material changes once paid plans exist.

Intellectual property

The LeakHunt AI name, software, design, documentation, and detection methods are owned by the operator or its licensors. Customers receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service for their internal business purposes. This draft does not grant rights to resell or redistribute the service.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The final limitation of liability, exclusions, and dispute resolution terms must be completed by qualified counsel before launch. Nothing in these draft terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination

The final terms will describe suspension and termination for breach, security risk, or non-payment, along with how customers can export or delete their data. Account and data deletion workflows are required before customer data is accepted.

Governing law and contact

The operator's legal entity, governing law, jurisdiction, and contact details will be completed before commercial launch. These terms are a draft and are not currently enforceable as a final agreement.
